7.1 Your Data: You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service (meal logs, health metrics, etc.).
7.2 License Grant: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
7.3 Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Inaccurate data may affect the quality of recommendations.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Strava, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
9.1 Free Features: Basic features are available free of charge.
9.2 Premium Features: Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.
9.3 Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you made your purchase (App Store, Google Play).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KETOCENTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
